Foundations: Core Skills Training for Sex Ed is a one-day training that covers important skills, including climate building in the classroom, understanding state and local sex education policies, experiential learning as a pedagogical approach, values exploration, managing personal disclosure, and handling challenging questions and harassing comments.  Participants will also be refreshed on Draw the Line/Respect the Line Curriculum.

Registration begins at 8:30 AM and the training will start at 9:00 AM. Lunch will be provided. We encourage you to reserve your seat in advance. This training is FREE and open to the public. CEUs are available.  CEUs are free for CHART teachers only. For Non-CHART teachers, CEUs are $20 and can be paid when you arrive at the training. 0.6 CEUs will be awarded upon completion of the training and the post-training assignment.
