LinkedUp is a program from Teen Health Mississippi that helps link students transitioning from high school to healthcare services as they go to college or whatever their plans are after high school, including going to work or entering military service.

Our goal is to ensure all students know their healthcare and payment options before they make this transition so that they may have uninterrupted access to the healthcare services they may need as they become more independent.

We know that the U.S. healthcare system is hard to navigate, especially when it comes to finding affordable services as a young adult. The LinkedUp Referral Guide helps young people in Mississippi identify healthcare options following graduation from high school. Inside you’ll find:

  • How to Apply for the Medicaid Family Planning Waiver, plus eligibility information and available services for those without insurance
  • Healthcare Options At/Near Mississippi Colleges & Universities, including on- and off-campus clinic locations, services, and payment options for two- and four-year institutions
  • Healthcare Options in the Military, with details about the Department of Defense TRICARE program and benefits
